Beware of Travelport
Travelport - Mumbai

I had the same experience last year. TravelPort confirmed our booking in a hotel in Kochi and when we landed there the hotel refused to accept the vouchers saying payment is an issue and they had no communication from TravelPort. Finally, I had to pay on my own. :-(

Worst Experience Dealing With TravelPort

I had worse experience. I booked through Travelport and when I reached the hotel they said that they have the booking on my name but Travelport has not released payment to them and so they won't let me in. It was a shocking spoiler.
