All of us will agree to one thing that Investment plays a major role in any business be it a small business or some multicrore company.  Everyone says its a time of presentaion.
Even if ur product is good, till the time u cant present it in best ways, all is a waste.

But have u thought of any small eating place where we all will love to go and wud love to wait for our turn to atleast sit in that place.

Atleast i cud have never thought of it but now i have been to such a place. There  is one place called BOBBY KA DHABA in bangalore. First when i went to that place it seemed to me as if i m in some slum area. But when i saw inside that place people are waiting outside for their turn, all IT Professionals, Marketing Proffessionals, BPO employees.
IT WAS A REALLY A JHUGGI. Four tables were kept inside with two fans in that place. Nothing for exhaust from kitchen, everyone was sweating while having food.

But still who was stopping all of them.

It was nothing else but the food, they ll be gonna get there. it was a real dhaba,
Pure Punjabi Food, Daal makhni, Shahi Paneer, Paranthe with such a big glass of Lassi.

This make me remind of real punjab in south india also.
Every one was enjoying the food be it south indian or north indian or from any part of india.He dint even had menu cards.

He made me think as how true it is that for starting any business huge lot of investment and advertisement is necessary.

IS HUGE INVESTMENT AND ADVERTISEMENT NECESSARY?

GOOD PRODUCT IN ITSELF IS AN INVESTMENT AND ADVERTISEMENT?

Some or the other time all of us have faced the disagreement of brain  and heart.

Sometime heart wins, sometimes brain.

Have u ever thought of before doing some work whether we r going with brain or our heart.

I remember once some one told me, always go in with ur brain, as ur heart will always instruct u to follow easier paths, easy things, But brain will tell u the right path. Heart always go for short term satisfaction, But brain gives u long term satisfaction.
All of us know this thing very well, but still do we able to follow our brain always?

We give suggestions to others, using our brain but when it comes to our own, do we ever follow our brain. When any problem occurs, we take suggestions from third person, why only bcoz at that time another person can suggest us better as he ll not get emotional.

WHOME WILL U CHOOSE?

HEART   OR   BRAIN. 

Does any of u believe that some of the people bring their luck charm in ur life.

Yes, I do believe, I have got many such experiences. Earlier People used to say ' KISI KISI KE KADAM AISE HOTE HAIN KI GHAR MEIN KHUSH-HALI AA JAYE, AUR KISI KE KADAM  AISE HOTE HAIN KI GHAR MEIN MANHUSIYAT CHA JAYE'.
 
Do all of u believe in this, I do.
But in my own way, that sometimes someone enter ur life and just fill ur life with happiness. Someone can bring happiness in ur life , but no one can bring manhusiyat in ur life. It's only u or ur deeds who can make u unhappy.

Many people believe crying is not good, as it doesn't create good atmosphere at home,bring negative energy, but have u ever thought of finding the reason for what a person is crying. Have u ever tried to finish of the reason for which a person is crying. Telling someone not to cry is quite easy but difficult is to finish the reason of him being upset.

Dont Tell any one STOP CRYING, tell the person START LAUGHING.

 

As sitting in a office, i was thinking of my boss, aise toh no need to think bcoz boss is a one person who never goes out of ur mind.
But i was wondering when i ll have a team under me, even i ll be like this?

i have worked under three employers, three of them totally different, having totally different style of work. As such i got to learn a lot from all of them, all of them have contributed in developing my personality. But still...............
BOSS IS BOSS...............

Sometimes Bosses irritate a lot, they feel as if staff is not doing anything. Once i do remember, i was really irritated with my boss. so i started looking for a job, i dont know from where he got to know that  i m searching for another job, he called me and asked me , i have heard that u r looking for another job, i told him ki sometimes i feel bad that u dont like the way i do my job so its better that i shud change a job. At that time i he told me u shud never change ur job bcoz of some one else. u shud nt think like this. i thought its just maske baji so that i ll not leave a job.

Now as i have left whenever i talk to him, he talk to me in a friendly way.

But why after leaving only? why cant we gain confidence of our employees during the tenure.
