I completely agree with you, as when I took the membership, I was promised as under, 1. Membership entitles me free stay for 5 nights per year,all through any country club property in India for 10 years . I was astonished to know, after receiving the card, that its only valid for country club in... Bareilley, where no one goes. 2. I was entitled as a remedy to my complaints, free stay for 10 years in mumbai, for three nights each year, then , whenever I call to book, I am informed that the rooms are full on desired dates, and calling up and enquiring the membai property for paid rooms, all the rooms are absolutely vacant.They don't require you to be member to avail rooms on paid basis. I was also assured, just as a solution, that they are trying to find someone , to tranfer my membership, but they couldn't in 5 years. I fail to understand, why we just don't collectively file a legal claim on these frauds.Read More
