I believe you blindly wrote this There is boss there and he can't meet to everyone. There is security and reception all the time see who are coming and take care of them. CRM team is to deal with the customer along with sales team who take care of buyers need. All the employees they are taking ca...lls and attending who ever comes. First of You don't need to meet directory for small things, if you want to buy sales person is there, crm person is there and above sales manager who will take care of all these.
