I purchased kent water purifier grand RO+ in sep 2010 .It was working fine till now .now since there was a problem I made a complaint ,I was told that the technician will attend with in 48 hours ,it has been 5days, no one has come till date ,I have been calling them regularly and every time that fem...ale has the same answer that the tech will call you and come.why do such companies sell their product with such high claims when they can not provide with proper service.any body planning to buy this product should be well aware of this kind of service provided by the company.
