Very poor customer care service.

seems flipkart is fraud company they just sell faulty products & reduce prices & when return request is made they keep quite for 10-15 days & do not process return as well refund so they doing 2-5% fraud cases with public & do nothing & simply try to fool public that they r working on the issue & tr...y to pass all days like 10 days or 30 days to return the product etc ,seems soon they will close operation by cheating customers & I feel we should put in media very strongly so that no buyer buys this company & this owner of fraud company should be behind bars for cheating tio indian innocent customers ,even for Dead on arrivals product they cheat just reply after 5-6 followups that seller is unable to replace the product & can not help & are working ,soon flipkart going to close shutters for sales & Govt should open doors for Tihar jail to their directors at the earliestRead More
