Agree.. I am living in Amanora and I must say that it is too expensive.. one time maintenance (around 4-6L) + yearly maintenance (around 36-40K@2.45 sq.ft+ 16% GST on yearly maintenance) 10% extra pay if you are giving on rent + PMC property tax.. Expensive means come on what service Amanora giving?... Society Cleanliness lacking.. civil sense enforcement like keeping car/bikes in parking place, etc lacking, architecture is not soo good if you are not in premium projects like Aspire 1-10 and Gateway.. but thanks to RERA law now they are delivering what they promised atleast.. no disclosurement of how Township management spending your society money and they can ask again for incremental one time maintenance (why it is calling one time maintenance then?) .. icing on the cake is they taking one time maintenance difference if you resale flat.. wtf (its resale then you need extra money when you are getting 1% as lease transfer fee?).. You are right... I think it is good option for investor only.. buy and either sell afterwards by booking profit or go as Rented house.. if you live then you not enjoyed it.... just money is flowing from your pocket.....

this is exaggerated review.. there is huge problem with customer service but I don't think it is related to any extra charges...

Yes, you are write.. at time of marketing they show once as they are in process of getting FSI but change afterwards as they failed to get approval on proposed FSI and resulting change in floor plan...

Project is good.. Next thing is NOT TIMELY possession just like ordinary builder... they have published, ad, in the paper showing Aspire possession in June 2014 (even tough you have booked the flat in 2011) and if you enquire in marketing office then will say it might be little late may be in July-August 2014.. they why you there is false advertisement..??Read More
