you must register a police case and pull them to court. i know it is time consuming but this if a case is filed against them in a foreign court; you will definitely get attention from indian authorities.

never trust any these cheats. return to roots! come out of this virtual market place gimmicks. always trust what you see/ feel/experience. the companies like indiamart are mushrooming and able to cheat people because of our inability to face real world.

there is no problem in ford cars. infact these cars are zero maintenance cars. the problem is with service centres. service centers are well aware that if they service these cars properly; they will loose chance of earning by selling of spares. I bought a new ford fiesta in 2009. I suffered a lot.... It started given problems within 6 months. Authorised service center failed to resolve issues with my car. On one fine day I have seen ford mechanic playing with fuse box (it is behind gloves box). The problem was a loose connection. I fix that fuse myself and since then; I have faced no problem related to electrical. If you are lucky to fin technicians who 'ONLY DO SERVICING; NO TEMPERING'; you can use this car for more than 300000 km in Indian conditions. But there is no check on these authorized service centers and they are spoiling form image in full capacity.Read More

there is a mechanic named 'sajid' in delhi. he claims him to be a mercedes (infact any car under the sun) expert. once any vehicle enters his garage; he fix it in such a way that either you have to visit sajid on everyday before you sell car to scrap dealers!! if you can afford avoiding mistress ...like said and ready to pay hefty sums on servicing to authorised stations; go for a used mercedes.Read More

Dear Raj, You bought it in 2011!! wait for another year. I have done the mistake of buying ford fiesta petrol in 2009. Every alternate month I am spending 10000 to keep this car running. Authorised Ford Service stations has simply washed their hands away. This car is actually factory of er...rors!! Service senters like ''CarNation'' are NOT TAKING FORD CARS FOR SERVICING. To add value to Ford Engineering : MY CAR AC IS NOT WORKING FROM LAST 15 DAYS'' I approached local service center and they are doing there are simply not ''RECIEVING MY CAR''. Goa is not an exception. Quality of service is same in NOIDA as well. This is a good vehicle till its first service. anyway, be careful while selecting your new car and get rid of this car asap.

dear rahul, Please note that Every word in my review is correct and nothing is fabricated. there exists is very long list of unsatisfied ford buyers. PROBLEMS FACED BY ME ARE: 1. STARTING PROBLEM- IT DOESNT START!!! I HAVE TO CALL ASSISTANCE EVERY ALTERNATE DAY. A COMPLETE BUNCH OF COMPLAINTS IS IN RECORDS OF FORD ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE. 2. FREQUENT FAILURES ON ROAD- ENGINE STOPS ANYTIME. 3. FAKE SERVICE PLAN- FORD CHARGED ME RS 25000 FOR FREE SCHEDULED SERVICE BUT CONDITION OF MY CAR TURING BAD TO WORST AFTER EVERY SERVICING. I HIGHLIGHTED THIS MATTER TO FORD AND NOW FORD AND DEALERSHIP ARE TRYING TO WASH THERE HANDS. i am suffering because of misleading commitments by ford.
