It is great to see these comments from the DPW , few days back I got call from Mr Poniah from DPW requesting me to delete my post or give some positive review about DPW and I logged on MS today for same and seen comments from them putting false allegations on me. This is correct they have now pai...d my money back, after a lots of pain I have gone through that every weekend we use to stand out of their office making aware their visiting customers of their truth which forced them to pay me back. I have all the records and lawyers notices as proof to justify my views about DPW which we send to them for their bounced cheques and also have records that how long it took them to pay me back in multiple installments stretched over six months. And they have not paid me willfully but we forced them to pay back by visiting their office every weekend and turning their customers back. I posted my experiences on MS on 02 Jan 2015 and narrated the exact what was happening. And yes I had my vested interest that I invested with them and they cheated me. I strictly stand on my earlier views about DPW and can substantiate the same , who so ever is planning to invest with them please beware. Please surely make visit to their claimed dozen of delivered projects (if they have no's in double digits ) and see the quality and standard of their work.Read More

Further to my post dated 15 May 2013 (over a month back ) I still don't have any cash back credited to my account despite writing many emails. And every time different person replies with different version of excuse for not doing it. One says it will be done within 45 days of purchase, other says wi...thin 45 days from the date of expiry of offer. when you ask when the offer was ended they have no answer..(poor peoples) Now on last 08/6/13 I got two emails from same person with different Ref no [Ref: 06/13/001841/SP/CRD & Ref: 06/13/001839/SP/CRD Raghuram Officer - Customer Care] now he assured in emails that I'll be getting cash back before 15/6/13 but today is 17/6/13 and nothing happened till I'm writing this post. The painasonic people given me phone no of some Mr Rajeev Seth (011-25259442) yesterday and told that he will be the responsible for my AC service. I called him and the receptionist took my details and said she will call back. After endless and falied efforts to speak to the right person at Hitachi Customer Care, The Service guy called up at 12:51pm (9899965578) for appointment and I asked him when can he come , he said in 5 minutes , so instead of taking prior appointment as confirmed by their contact center persons the ...guy is calling me when he has almost reached to my place . I asked him to come at 2:00 om as I am in office in my wifes comes back by 2:00 pm , but he refused that he will not be able to come after one hour if I want to get my AC serviced I should get it now.
