Auto Logout is not the right thing, I totally agree to that, As for the speeds 6 to 8 kbps were promised, so 7kbps or more is always welcome. As for Printer, it's free stuff, good that u enroled during this offer...

Only Backbone is Fiber Optics. The last mile in all the cases are generally copperwires, Cat5 cable , etc.
