Most of the above r not included in the present far east tour conducted by Raj Travels especially the below : overnight stay at Genting, ripleys, garden resort stay, sky train tour, oudoor theme park stay, stay at Grand waterfront cromphtone hotel a 5 star hotel, chocolae factory, space shot..., tower jump, bird park, time for shopping, casinos. Now remove all of the above and read this review and it looks more like a present day Raj Travels Tour package - waste of time and money.Read More

I beleive their business model works on fleecing new travellers as they very well know that with their pathetic service and lack of planning, they r never going to get any repeat business anyways. So, lets get wise and let our friends and well wishers know to not get tempted by their glossy advertis...ements when they certainly dont have the right people and attitude to deliver half of what they promise. I beleive all of the others - Kesari, Thomas Cook, Make my Trip offer far better value for money than Raj Travels. They may not have flashy full page ads but r known to provide genuinely good customer service and value for money. Am never going to Raj Travels again.Read More

Many Thanks for ur review. Considering the consistently bad eksperiences, ppl. r having with Raj Travels, it certainly seems like, we shld go to them only if they r the last option on Earth. Even then, am certain, that will fail to deliver what they promise. 2 of 7 days wasted is like 30% of the tou...r wasted. Many ppl. report that post the tour, they dont care abt. our eksperience. I agree with most of the stuff written here. Raj Travels is simply pathetic and having made the mistake once of travelling wiht them, I have resolved that for all further tours, I will go to all the other tour operators who provide more value for money and certainly dont defraud like Raj Travels.

I think most ppl. who have travelled with Raj Travels will have a similar story of haphazard planning and utter carelessness for customer service. They almost always skip Genting stay as they make more profit (stay at Genting is more ekspensive than in other parts of Malaysia). This consistent lapse... for most tours makes this a large scale fraud. I wish I had read this review before and not taken this tour since my eksperience was worse than what is mentioned here. They are progressively getting worse and nowadays other operators like Kesari, Thomas Cook and Make my trip offer much better level of service and better prices than Raj Travels. So go ahead with Raj if u want spoil ur vacation time and have money to waste.Read More

I think apart from the Director, no other person takes customer service seriously in this company. Even the Director delegates most of the stuff to his incompetent team. So, risk ur tour - with a pathetic team, chances r more tht u will have a bad eksperience with this group than good ones, if any.

This review appears to have been posted by some employee of Raj Travels wanting to misguide the general public about the pathetic customer service offered by this group. Yeh public hai bhai, sab janti hai. Even if it was a genuine one, this is an ekception rather than the rule with this group.
