Huge let down. Rear seat width(front to back width) reduced, no knee support. The best car for elderly comfort has been made the worst. This seems tactfully done to make people stretch their budget to Dzire or stay under-satisfied with Big New WagonR with worse seat than older version.

It is surprising that in this age of competition and thin margins, Ford is simply letting its name go to the dogs. Its a FACT that Ford cars are expensive to maintain and even so, I was considering going for Aspire because of safety features. But guess what when I called the toll free number, it jus...t would'n't go through ! and then I found from consumer complaints forum that customer service is a nightmare - people haven't got a response from that number even when stranded with a broken down Ford. Worse, complaints of people not getting timely delivery or problems persisting even after part replacement is scary.
Contrast this will the amazing experience I have had with Maruti and the experience is consistent between cities - particularly good in Bangalore and Chennai. No wonder Maruti still leads. that is not to say Maruti does not have drawbacks around safety and features, but once you buy, its value for money and peace of mind almost for all customers.Read More

very similar experience here with New Horizon...I called to ask fee details on phone, front office lady said it is the admin who will give it and put me on indefinite hold. one of my acquaintances on outer ring road said that the parents were called for the interview and their salary was asked for, ...so that fees would be accordingly. this is unbelievable...not only has it become a business, it is becoming so unethical... schools like this should be boycotted straightaway...Read More

Well, I called this school for LKG admission. the front office lady won't even share fee details, saying that the admin department does that. Then she put me on hold indefinitely without telling, then disconnected. now she is not even picking up the phone. oh the woes of parents in this country. I think I have clearly mentioned all the points. My feedback is for the benefit of other aspirants who join you. What surprises me is that over so much time you lost track of the fact that your tests are not good enough. Did you never get that feedback on that? Is there any explanation for the fact ...that clicking on the button for next question makes the test taker wait for several seconds and that this is even worse during reviewing? I had numerous cases of tests hanging in between and I had to reinitiate them too a few times. All you might be saving is the cost on a better server – at the expense of aspirants. Worst, if your policy is to ‘negotiate’ for an extension on the duration that mock tests are available, its unbelievable.
Speaking of the fact that I could have asked for better assistance during the course or preparation- the simple point here is that participants DO NOT KNOW what the course and exam content is like at that point. So it appears good at that time. It is after the course when they start studying that they are likely to realize much more which aspects could have been covered better in class. By that time, no correction can be made to what was taught in the class. For tests, with unfriendly customer support like that, how can one even expect any improvement?
I rarely find instructors in this world, who are able to admit that even they are not perfect or best, no matter how long they have been in the job. The one I had, well, he was confident and sounded conceptually strong, but on finding that he had not covered things well later, I realized, he was just another instructor who just sounded high and mighty. Instructors should do well to try and impress the crowd less, but focus on delivering better quality of training.

It is clear that they are trying to make some money out of providing these things separately. I suppose for most people who are purchasing a flat for the first time, it is easy to miss out on these things. Ideally, they should be put in the agreement but this is where they take advantage of the trus...t we have in them for thinking that they would at best overcharge slightly, but not exorbitantly.
You can go to consumer court also even after possession but it will be daunting.
I was considering a new project by these people, but will now be careful. Thanks for the information.Read More

Excellent review. Probably more positive than reality. What you might have missed out -
- Suspension and engine noise increase with bad roads, otherwise are ok.
- Engine noise is probably higher than earlier version, but compensated by stereo in VXI. Not sure how it is ok in Estilo with same 3 cy...linders.

Too short a review, but you bring up one important point. It is very smooth on smooth roads, but the moment they are a little bad, suspension does makes some noise and strangely the engine too I think.
