Horrible experience to get refund from SOTC. They have charged outrageous cancellation fee of 50000/- per person for a Europe tour for my parents who are senior citizens but their visa got denied and had to cancel booking. They have charged 10000 to some and 25000 to some others but to us, 50000 wit...hout any company policy. When booking a package, visa fee is included but in refund, it is not. They also do not provide details about cancellation charges. I have been fighting with them for last 2 months for this white collar crime to get my hard earned money back and against this rampant rip off.Read More
