their 'wait for 5 minutes...' seems like a very Indian jugaadu system. It was always 5 minutes for me also. One day just to see how long this goes on, i waited for over 7 minutes and after that again the message came 'wait for 5 minutes...' hilarious !

so very agreed about the spam. inspite of having bought something from these guys, i opted out from their site more than 15 days ago. received 3 mails from their support execs over the last 7 days confirming that spam will stop. but it just doesnt stop. agreed completely... i signed up a month back on the site and due to all the spam i received, i unregistered in less than 15 days. but the spam continued, both on my email and sms. to be fair to them, i asked a family member to purchase an item from this site. It took them about 4 weeks to deli...ver, which is the time they say they will take, and the product was ok. This prompted me to create an account on the site, but the incessant mail and sms scared me off. worse is their not removing me from this huge amount of communication inspite of repeated attempts. And I think, you are right on the dealsandyou thing as well. even i have started receiving communication from them. i think in the long run, when people want fast delivery and proper communication fashionandyou will find it difficult to survive when they take 4 weeks to deliver and bombard people with spam. its funny, why bombard people so much when you cant even deliver quickly.. ha ha ha.Read More

Hi, While looking for multi car showrooms, I also came across them.Someone called Milap who was a decent guy was speaking to me. I asked him about their reputation of not delivering promised colour and then increasing rates, so first he assured me that he was willing to give everything in writing... and he suggested that I speak to his manager. When his manager came on the phone, the guy kept asking me in an almost threatining voice 'tumhara problem kya hai'. When I asked him to talk sensibly, he became more pushy and started 'tumko problem kya hai'.. so i asked him to speak to Milap to get details and not speak to me. Havent heard from them, but my perception is that the manager is probably an uneducated person with a major attitude problem and no sense of managing customers.. these guys must be losing lot of customers due to such guys.Read More
