We are in the process of buying Samsung WM in Hyd, heard that the product is so good (Courtesy: dealer)hat you may not need much servicing for atleast 6 years. Now, after reading the comment,in a state of confusion. Main reason to go for Samsung was : ''Soak'' feature available here not in LG-again ...recommended by dealer.
