First of all, do not comment on our high quality prayer, especially if you’re not a muslim. Just because your aethist or whatever it is you are doesn’t give you the right to mock our islamic religion and Kuwaiti cultures. Second of all, and as a Kuwaiti, not all arabs recieve a friendly treatment an...d warm hospitality. If you read my review here about Kuwait Airways I flew BUSINESS (not economy) class and recieved an unfriendly treatment from a fella KUWAITI steward, so don’t give me that ’’only arabs get special treatments’’ crap. Third, you should know that ’’life is not always black and white, but a lot of grey shadings’’ or whatever my instructor used to say. You can’t say an airline has no pros at all because if it didn’t, then explain how is it still operating. You have mentioned this so far ’’Pros: Nothing - Cons: Almost everything.’’ Why did you fly Kuwait Airways and not Air India or a local indian airlines if you’re indian and know that Kuwait Airways is an islamic airlines? Seriously stop crying and get a life. Do you think people will stop flying Kuwait Airways just because you had a bad experience with them? Do you also feel like a man or a hero when you shout publically to the cabin crew instead of asking them why they served the row behind you before serving you? Maybe the row behind you requested the rice meal PRIOR to departure via website or check-in counter or something similar but you didn’t? Get over yourself.Read More

You are complaining about a laptop that you've lost during a flight with Emirates, however, you did not include the following information: 1) Check-in counter 2) Onboard service (Crew, seats, dining, entertainment system, etc.) The point of publishing a review Mr. BAugustine here is not... to release your anger on readers and cry for losing a laptop (no offense but I do not know how to put this statement in a better way), the point here is to share your experience with other fella passengers (who contemplate on flying this airline) how it felt like to fly with emirates (as I previously mentioned, state the check-in counter, food, crew, etc.) Having red your review did not help me at all understand how it felt like to fly with emirates....but only how it felt like to lose your personal belonging (your laptop for example.) Again, please be more specific when publishing a review, as every airline (no matter how bad it is) should always have something good in it, otherwise, how is the airline still operating if nothing was good in it? You should check my review on Kuwait Airways and see how I wrote it.Read More

Hi rohan First of all I would like to thank you for your comment and rating, and I’m glad to have helped a fella passenger to decide which airline to fly with or avoid flying with. However, I have an inquiry regarding the rough landing. If the weather was natural (clear sky) and there we...re no winds and no turbulance during approach, who’s fault is it that we had a rough landing? Is it the pilot’s fault or who is to blame here for intimidating passengers like that while landing when the weather was completly natural and freindly? I have to agree with you (because I had a window seat) that the aircraft was indeed TOO HIGH to land on the runway and I freaked out when the pilot applied brakes after touch down because I almost leaned forward while my seat-belt was fastened. I never had this type of experience during my life before and this is not my first flight with this airline (as stated in my review) so I’m not sure if it’s the pilot to blame here or not. Anyways I am glad that you enjoyed my review and it was well-organized for you to read and contemplate about flying with this airline. Please stop by my youtube channel to check some of the videos I posted of this airline. Regards Mohammed Read More

I'll devide this into several categories so you can judge this airline your self rather than having a headache reading my whole story. Booking & Prices: Compared to other business class fares (Emirates or United Airlines for example) the fares were pricy, you could not book your seat online l...Read more
