The Organisation has got a lot of potential with the best manpower in the industry. Also, there is a lot to learn over here. Less of fun in the past three years due to growing competition in the market. One problem is that professionalism takes the front seat everywhere, even at places where it shou...ld not. Another is not the 'best-in-class' appraisals as it is not transparent. Too much of job pressure at the Quarter-ends. A typical day at work involves MIS generation and a lot of data handling, which implies long sitting hours, with usual breaks. I have learned time and skill management from the Organisation. The Management is mostly like other Organisations. Co-workers are not too much of fun, mostly are 32+ in age and we go out only once or twice in a month, The hardest part of the job is travelling to remote places in local buses and the number of touring days. The most enjoyable part is the amount of power we wield over the Dealer for performance.Read More
