I got a reply phone from your representative but i was busy with patients hence requested her to call back. no reply so far. worse she had asked me to preserve packet....and do what?? I want you to note: 1. you feel and treat the customer as an idiot. 2.i will never buy and urge fellow friends never to buy your products. 3. i do not want your s... product to mollify me. 4. you have reinforced my thinking. In India even the best brands can be destroyed due to poor quality . 5. the customer is still the beggar and not the chooser.. 6. As cruel joke, your feedback form on the Indian website does not work. 7. when contacted Ms Anshu : Operator transferred call to Ms Pranali who did not answer calls and on calling back Ms Anshu : corporate office Mumbai replied “Nothing can be done “. 7. now let me give u a follow up. MR NIMESH SHAH in charge of selling these in vadodara, has been making my elderly parents run from pillar to post to get the sensa working. a week has passed and the unit is still lying defunct. for people planning to buy this or any eureka forbes product BEWARE......THESE GUYS ARE SWINDLERS .
