I travelled from Jadcharla to Banglore yesterday (May 26th 2015) the pick up was at 10:35 PM but the bus arrived at 11:45 PM and when i called the redbus operator he nor the kesineni operator was helpful in finding the pickup location. The pick up location provided in the message was actually not ex...isiting in Jadcharla. We had to walk 2-3 kM all the way midnight looking for picup point. The bus arrived very late(1:15 hrs) and no proper response was given when called customer care. And Worst part of all -- The bus cleaner who puts the luggage in bus scared me to death by holding my leg in the middle of night at 2:00 AM. I scremed like hell and couldt sleep after that. He supported his action by saying that he was sleeping on the path and while waking up he touched me unexpectedly. This is not at all beliveble and pathetic. never ever im going to choose kesineni. He cleaner didnt even care to apologize me.Read More
