Posted on Nov 25, 2009 under General

Hey, the sun is shining
It's time to get on your way
Hear the birds singing
This is another fine day

So get the coffee perking
And down a cup or two
You'll feel so much better
After your daily brew

Don't forget the donuts
You'll need a sugar fix
Donuts are always good
As to your ribs they stick

Okay I think your ready
You can face anything now
So go get them tiger
You're really something... WOW!

What my heart tells me
Is that there is no one else on earth
Who can make me feel the way you do
From the first day that we met
You made me forget all my fears
And you have shown me that God really does
Have one special heart for each of us to find
You are the one God has guided me to
What my heart tells me
Is that I can never love anyone
As much as I love and care for you
And how my feelings grow stronger each day
I can't imagine not being able to hold you
I want to share my life with you for forever
You make me the person I have always hoped to be
What my heart tells me
Is that God has provided me with your loving heart
And I will do everything within my power
To be with you each and every day
Everytime I see you walk into a room
My heart never fails to beat faster and stronger
This is how I know you are the one for me
For the rest of the time the Lord gives me
I give you my heart and for you I will do
What My Heart Tells Me

Tribute to the National Heros

Posted on Nov 24, 2009 under General

In the blessed memory of all the brave soldiers of our ocuntry who laid down their lives for fighting the terrorists, and protecting us, our Mumabi and our country.

In the blessed memory of those courageous Soldiers/officers, who died in deadliest terror attack(26-11-2008/30-11-2008).

when I learnt a hindi poem by Pt. Makhanlal Chaturvedi called "PUSHP KI ABHILASHA".In those days we just mugged it up because it was part of our course, but
somehow these lines have got etched in my mind.

This is, no doubt, best peice of poetry from Makhanlal. It accurately represent the pride and passion for the nation.I find these lines very close to my heart. Since the time I read this poem first time in 8th standard, i use to recite this poem once in a week till now.

This poem tells us dedication and patriotism towards our country. The stanza of the poems are really soul stirring. Salute to him who wrote these lines and salute to them who shed their blood for our great motherland

Pushp Ki Abhilasha

Chah Nahin Mai SurBala Ke
Gehnon Mein Guntha Jaaon
Chah Nahin Premi Mala Mein
Bindh, Pyari Ko Lalchaon
Chah Nahin Samraton Ke
Shav Par, He Hari Dala Jaaon
Chah Nahin Devon Ke Sar Par
Chadhon, Bhagya Par Itraoon
Mujhey Tod Lena Banmali,
Us Path Par Tum Dena Phaink
Matra Bhoomi Per Sheesh Chadhaney,
Jis Path Jaayen Veer Anek

Translation:
The Yearning (DESIRE) of a Flower

I don't want to be a part of the necklace of the beautiful girl,
I don't want to woo the lady love, I don't want to be spread over
dead bodies, I don't want to act snob, after someone offers me to
the Gods.

Just pluck me Gardner and throw me on the road, which is taken
by the brave soldiers to give away their lives for the Motherland!

I pray for the flower's wish to be granted.*Peace*

In the Blessed memory of those courageous Indians Who died in the struggle for deadliest terror attack, Thousands of men and women have given their lives
Some one they never knew nor will ever meet So today we say a little prayer of thanks to those Countless persons who paid the price of their life
Let those who came after see to it that these names not be forgotten.

In memory of our soldiers, who laid down their Lives in defence of our nation
For they who at the call of the duty Left all that was dear to them
Endured hardships, faced dangers and Finally passed out of sight of men.

LETS BOW OUR HEAD AND SAY A LITTLE PRAYER OF THANKS TO THOSE
COUNTLESS BRAVE SOLDIERS WHO PAID AND SACRIFICED THEIR LIFE FOR DEFENCE OF OUR NATION. blessed memory of all the brave soldiers of our country who laid down their lives for fighting the terrorists, and protecting us, our Mumabi and our country.

Speech by Bryan Dyson (CEO of Coca Cola)
"Imagine life as a game in which you are juggling some five balls in the air. You name them - Work, Family, Health, Friends and Spirit [not the one you drink!] and you're keeping all of these in the Air. You will soon understand that work is a rubber ball. If you drop it will bounce back. But the other four Balls - Family, Health, Friends and Spirit - are made of glass.
If you drop one of these; they will be irrevocably scuffed, marked, nicked, damaged or even shattered. They will never be the same. You must understand that and strive for it."

Kal mila waqt to zulfein teri.......

Posted on Nov 23, 2009 under General

Tumhari is ada ka kya jawab du,
Apne dost ko kya uphar du,
Koi acha sa phool hota to mali se mangwate,
Jo khud gulab hai usko kya gulab du...

Rab ne jab tujhe banaya hoga
Ek surur uske dil mein aya hoga,
Sochta hoga kya doonga tohfe mein tujhe,
Tab usne mujhe banaya hoga.

Kaash ham SMS hote,
Ek click mein tumhare paas hote,
Bhale tum hame delete kar dete,
Par kuch pal ke liye ham tumhara ehsas to hote...!

Tanhaion me unko hi yaad karte hain,
Wo salamt rahe yahi fariyad karte hai,
Ham unke hi mohabbt ka intzar karte hai,
Unko kya pata hum unse kitna pyaar karte hai.

Ek din hamare annsoon humse pooch baithe,
humey roz -roz kyon bulate ho,
Humne kaha hum yaad to unhe karte hain tum kyon chale aate ho.

Har phool ki ajab kahani hai,
chup rehna bhi pyar ki nishani hai,
kahin koi zakhm nai phir bhi kyun dard ka ehsas hai,
lagta hai dil ka ek tukda aaj bhi uske paas hai

Kismat par aitbar kisko hai,
Mil jaye khushi inkaar kisko hai,
Kuch majburian hain mere dost,
Warna judai se pyaar kisko hai

Kal mila waqt to zulfein teri suljha doonga,
Aaaj uljha hoon zara waqt ko sulajhane mein,
Yun to sulajh jatee hain uljhi zulfein,
Umar kat jati hai waqt ko sulajhane mein.

Darte hai aag se kahi jal na jaye
darte hai khwab se kahin toot na jaye
lekin sabse ziyada darte hai aapse
kahin aap hume bhool na jaye

Palkon me qaid kuchh sapne hai........

Posted on Nov 23, 2009 under General

Aisa nahi ki aap ki yaad aati nahi,
khata sirf itni ki hum batate nahi,

DOSTI aap ki anmol hai hamare liye,
Samjte ho aap isliye jatate nahi.a

Mohabbat ka matlab intzaar nahi hota,
Har kisi ko dekhna pyar nahi hota,

Yu to milta hai roz mohabbat-e-paigam,
Pyar hai zindgi jo har baar nahi hota !!!

Tammana-e-ishq to hum bhi rakte hain,
Kisi ke dil me hum bhi dhadakte hain,

Na jane woh kab milenge
jin ke liye hum roz tadapte hain.

Palkon me qaid kuchh sapne hai,
kuchh begane kuchh apne hai,

Na jane kya KASHISH he in khayalon mai
woh gair hoke bhi kitne apne hai.

Just for you...............

Posted on Nov 23, 2009 under General

A young and pretty lady posted this on a popular forum:

Title: What should I do to marry a rich guy?

I'm going to be honest of what I'm going to say here. I'm 25 this year. I'm very pretty, have style and good taste. I wish to marry a guy with $500K annual salary or above. You might say that I'm greedy, but an annual salary of $1M is considered only as middle class in New York. My requirement is not high. Is there anyone in this forum who has an income of $500K annual salary? Are you all married? I wanted to ask: what should I do to marry rich persons like you? Among those I've dated, the richest is $250K annual income, and it seems that this is my upper limit. If someone is going to move into high cost residential area on the west of New York City Garden (?), $250K annual income is not enough.

I'm here humbly to ask a few questions:

1) Where do most rich bachelors hang out? (Please list down the names and addresses of bars, restaurant, gym)

2) Which age group should I target?

3) Why most wives of the riches is only average-looking? I've met a few girls who doesn't have looks and are not interesting, but they are able to marry rich guys

4) How do you decide who can be your wife, and who can only be your girlfriend? (my target now is to get married)

Awesome reply:

Dear Ms. Pretty,

I have read your post with great interest. Guess there are lots of girls out there who have similar questions like yours. Please allow me to analyse your situation as a professional investor. My annual income is more than $500K, which meets your requirement, so I hope everyone believes that I'm not wasting time here. From the standpoint of a business person, it is a bad decision to marry you.. The answer is very simple, so let me explain.

Put the details aside, what you're trying to do is an exchange of 'beauty' and 'money': Person A provides beauty, and Person B pays for it, fair and square. However, there's a deadly problem here, your beauty will fade, but my money will not be gone without any good reason. The fact is, my income might increase from year to year, but you can't be prettier year after year. Hence from the viewpoint of economics, I am an appreciation asset, and you are a depreciation asset. It's not just normal depreciation, but exponential depreciation. If that is your only asset, your value will be much worried 10 years later.

By the terms we use in Wall Street, every trading has a position, dating with you is also a 'trading position'. If the trade value dropped we will sell it and it is not a good idea to keep it for long term - same goes with the marriage that you wanted. It might be cruel to say this, but in order to make a wiser decision any assets with great depreciation value will be sold or 'leased'. Anyone with over $500K annual income is not a fool; we would only date you, but will not marry you. I would advice that you forget looking for any clues to marry a rich guy. And by the way, you could make yourself to become a rich person with $500k annual income. This has better chance than finding a rich fool..

Hope this reply helps. If you are interested in 'leasing' services, do contact me....

Signed,
CEO
J.P. Morgan :)
