Thanks Avdesh111999, I just hope someone from MTNL pays attention to this. I had to struggle for more than a month to get back stable service. Hope this does not happen in future. MTNL guys should change attitude and be responsible towards providing quality service to their customer.

Yes but when you receive defective merchandise and ask for exchange they denied it. For refund they are deducting Rs.100. Though a small amount by why should consumer suffer for QC negligence from Myntra.

Ebay I do agree is good. That's what I have mentioned that I used to be heavy shopper for ebay. But now the frequency of failure, dispatching wrong items, cancellation of item in listing due to change of price after placing an order has increased drastically. At some stage ebay should support buye...rs. It's not that they get 15% from the seller's its we who pay to sellers for ebay. 6 cases in two months is sufficient to frustrate you besides a few previously.Read More
