Funny unreliable service

Worst cab service ever. Same problem, Cab is not available at the last moment and neither there is any intimation. The message of driver details comes an hour late with no details on it. TV broken in 3 pieces after delivery

My tracking number was D15800042 and sent an old TV through the courier service. The person told no need of any insurance and our service is very good.
