Furthur to our telecom, I contacted him over phone and expressed our apology for whatever wrong thin...gs happen to him during the cruise. We already took the desciplinary action against the boat captain, and suspended him for 15 days. We will assure you, these things will never repeat with our services. We know that only apology will not compensate the wrong things happen to our guest. So kindly give him a good amount of discount from our bill.
