Hi Neeraj, I am not all surprised at such a pathetic service by Jabong and even a more pathetic reply from Jabong. Will never ever recommend Jabong to anyone. I have even written about them on consumer redressal forum.

Hi Ankita, Totally agree with you on this. Absolutely worthles service by Jabong! Tall claims of easy return and refund is just a farce. Ordered a dress, waited about 15 days for it to get delivered, then to find it that its not as per the specification as mentioned by Jabong. Called in for a... refund, was promised a turn around time of a week for the amount to be reflected in my account. Its been close to a week no signs of pickup, no calls regarding the pickup. Then get a mail saying your query for refund has been resolved, thanks for choosing jabong???? But till date there has been no transfer to my account. Called Jabong again, after string of apologies get to hear that they would take another 2 weeks before the amount gets reflected in my account. And to top it all when questioned about there being no internal clarity on the process of refund, get the reply from the representative 'i have told you whatever i know madam'. Beware people. Kamlesh i can totally understand the frustration. Tall claims on easy return and refund is just a farce by Jabong. I am also in the same dilemma. Odered a dress, and after waiting for 15 days the product which i got was not at all as per the specification mentioned by Jabong. Ordered a refund, was p...romised a turn around time of 7 days, its been close to 5 days absolutely no signs of a pickup. Then to my utter shock get a mailer saying your query for refund has been resolved, but did i see any transfer, no transfer no pickup till date. Then when asked about committing a date get a shocker that it will take another two weeks time for the amount to be reflected in my account. When asked why is there no clarity internally on the refund procedure, get a reply from the representative' i have told you what i know madam'. Pathetic service, worthless customer handling.
