I am writing this once again after about 12 months of Onida AC Usage , last time I gave a great review but now I have changed my mind based on my poor customer service experience and quality issues with Onida AC - Customer Service is a BIG BIG Problem with Onida. Also I suspect the Quality of their ...product is very poor. The AC has a problem with mother board already and no one is helping me sort it. Dear Woodpecker : Why will someone waste his time to malign a shop for no rhyme or reason unless the post shopping experience has been miserable. No one ever tried to reach me from your shop ever so please do not post incorrect things. Horrible experience on ordering a perfume

I sent back the wrong perfume and was told the money will be refunded back. After waiting for the money on the Feb 11th we got another courier from snapdeal. We were expecting money but again we got a package which we accepted. Fortunately this time I got the perfume I ordered. Essentially the time ...taken to fulfil the order is from Dec 20th to Feb 11th close to 1.5months. However at Rs.2800/- the deal is very good. You absolutely right....I got a bit swayed by the cheap prices for perfumes that the snapdeal guys quote on the website ; the perfume I ordered was something I used before but I did not know this whole thing of online shopping is a big sham....else how can someone send a women's perfume when you pla...ce an order for Men's perfume.
