Mam, I agree with you totally.Even though fb is very common, it is has both advantage( if used in a good sense) and disadvantages. So anyway one has to be cautious while using it.

Very difficult to get an account started Kotak Mahindra Bank
One more feedback I want to share is that as per bank records the a/c was opened on April 17th and I got the welcome kit only on May 5th. I have never had any experience of any bank taking such a long time to despatch the welcome kit.
