I indeed agree with this as I have faced a similiar insult today. Customer Care guy is the worst person I have ever met from the Customer support desk. My husband and I have purchased 4 items from VH brand just 2 days ago. One pair of dress for my husband and one for my brother. As my brother was... not there with us I asked VH person if it can be exchanged if it doesn't suite my brother. He said yes, within 7 days, we are eligible for the exchange. We went there today for the pant exhcange. He said it cannot eb exchanged. Offer was there when we bought it and now it is not there. We went to VH person who has sold it o us. He said offer is still there and will be there for the whole month. Then he said if we can pay 1000Rs, we can get it exchanged. Pant costs, 2399/-. The one to be exchanged costs 2099/-. As we tried to argue, he said, Ok it can be done but 300 will not be given back in any form. After some more arguement he said, we need to go back home, get all the 4 pieces that we purchased from VH, so we get it exchanged and that we can make use of our 300 also. After going back home and getting all those products , he asked us to pay 180/- more. Really damn stupid, I can't speak how a Cusotmer Care executive of such a well-known brand is giving this stupid answers. In between he told me, I cannot talk to you , I can only talk to your husband. Because you are shouting.. ! Is this a way, a customer care person has to speak. I'm insulted infrobnt of my husband and brother... I asked him who is the Manager, he said he himself is the manager. Belllllloooooooooow PAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAR... Infact WORRRRRST I would say!!!! He also said in between that You should not trust in oral words told by VH person. Even a local merchant wouldn't be giving such non-sense replies.......
