I paid Rs 11999/- for Samsung mobile on dated 20.11.15..... But I received Korea mobile against Samsung mobile on dated 10.12.15... Shall I refund my paid amount.... Pls confirm....

Kaunsa.com website is a fake and 200% cheater. No customer sevrvice response and not going phone calls... I order Samsung mobile S6 as a offer of Diwali on 20.11.2015 @ Rs 11999/- as a debit card payment. But no any response till date 26.11.2015... Later I got sms from Kaunsa.com (your parcel sen...d through by DTDC courier). I trace the parcel again and again but it is also very poor service. I get the parcel on 10.12.2015. I opened the parcel and what I see .....its come KOREA MOBILE NOT ORIGINAL SAMSUNG. IT IS REALLY BLOODY AND FAKE WEDSITE...
