Hi Mr Reviewala Let me at the outset clear it that I don’t represent Birla or an exponent to Birla MF. I do agree with you that the returns have not been so very rewarding in BIRLA LONG TERM ADVANTAGE FUND. The returns have been just closer to 10% since inception. I fully agree with you t...hat it did have a bad start and did not flare well in the initial years. If you make note of the recent past, it has done decently well with it peers. It has yielded about 13.13 when the average across peers has been 10.47. No Fund manager would want their investors to loose money in tier schemes. Its only that some under-perform. Some of the best funds also under-perform in some pockets and would re cover. So it is always advised to have a basket of funds. I Presume, the softcopy of your application is not available for your signature verification to the AMC. Therefore, this painful agony to you. Solution: Download Change in correspondence Address form from Birla SL MF website. http://mutualfund.birlasunlife.com/ManageInvestments/Changecommunicationdetails/tabid/106/Default.aspx (This should be faster, I guess ) fill in your folio details , print it out and take an attestation form your banker for validation and submit it at your nearest Birla MF or Cams branch. Alternatively, If you are KYC holder, Change your address on your KYC and submit a copy of the acknowledgment with your folio No to your nearest branch. Hope this resolves your issues. SavantRead More
