Yes Nilesh. You are correct. I also purchased ONIDA SPLIT AC after long research from shops & internet. It's worth for money. Here everybody is complaining about ONIDA SERVICE. You can see the same type of complaints for famous models like HITACHI, BLUESTAR, CARRIER, DAIKIN, LG and all other dabbas.... Everyone have to choose good dealer who is providing decent after sales support. This is very very important. If that dealer is not responding, dont wait for months. Pls seek nearby technician and solve it.Read More

It's not correct. there is no spare available for my HP model 3 year old one. I got it from abroad thru my friend. now local HP dealer saying that model spares not available in India. whereas my friend got a spare for his 2 1/2 year used HCL. both are purchased with 1 year warranty but faced probl...ems are different.Read More

I think you are having a mind set that HP, DELL, SONY will never giving any problem??????!!!!!! It may be your model having manufacturing defects. My friends and relatives are using HCL laptops but never had any problems.
Pls note one thing:: HP, ACER, DELL, HCL, ZENITH are not at all manufac...turing the laptop parts. They all are buying from same vendors. Pls note that only 3-4 such vendors are there world wide. HP &DELL is using some third party chipsets (MSI) in most of the models but HCL is having lot of INTEL CHIPSET based models.
Chipet is Intel, Processor is Intel, Memory is Hynix, Wireless lan is Intel.
I'm suggesting you to contact HCL DIRECT OFFICE and tell the problem. They will help you.Read More
