Hi, Thanks for your comments. Let me tell you - ''I DO NOT have any thing against Nirmala Travels''. I still respect them..BUT......their quality is not upto mark now a days... OK..One important thing you need to consider is the time of travel - We travelled in December 2010. Fully crowded that... time.. If you traveled in non-season time, yes you would have been treated like KING.. Here we did not expect such treatment..But some basic there were missing ..as we had paid same amount as anyone would have paid who traveled in other months. Yes. I thought of complaining about manager to the Nirmala Travels..But since complaints were so many, I just left it...thinking it should not affect his job.. Hot water - I did not say it was not there throughout.. But 3-4 days out of 7 dyas tour it was not there..One main reason hotel give hot water after 5...But we have to leave hotel by 4 am..Imagine taking cold water in december month... TV/Music problem - We spoke to him..he said nothing can be done as it SRS bus.. Believe me there was no entertainment in bus..No one demanded also..But it is his responsibility... My point is not against Nirmala Travels...but if there options people should look for other travels as well..Because Nirmala Should learn from mistakes... Read More
