Surimaribo, Clarifying a few things for you: 1) If you received a product which was ''defective'', Did you contact their customer support dept and bring up this issue? If they did not help you in resolving the issue or did not support you , you have every right to express your frustration. Yo...u should give anybody a chance to rectify if a mistake is happened before writing such strong comments. My experience is, Quality and Service to the Customer is of utmost priority to Flipkart and the reason they have grown so much is because of this. 2) A tax invoice is a very clear and legal document, there is no tax charged for books. Flipkart also sells other products apart from books which may involve taxes, hence, it is a standard document. There is nothing unethical about it. You can verify it anywhere. Read More
