I am facing the same problem. I purchase 1.1 T Twin Motor Window AC for 33000/- in April 13. The blower motor stopped working yesterday. Company has given an estimate of Rs 3600/- (2700 motor cost + 900 service charge). They are not sure about the PCB which may also need replacement. I am surprised ...how the company has started pumping substandard product in market at exorbitant price. I have used Amtrex Hitachi products earlier. There was no complaint. Three units mnfrd in 2004 are still working in our office. They were never repaired.Read More
