Very good review...Atleast it's a warning to people who are thinking of consulting such dietitians...Well, this review holds true for almost all dietitians who claim their diets are world class but ignore the most important fact that loosing weight or putting you crash diet makes you loose lot of ha...ir and develop other nutritional disorders...They claim they have more than X years of experience however they ignore this simple fact and do not take any measures to prevent this...and we people end up visiting many doctors/hospital to cure those disorders...I have had such a experience with 'PM' another celebrity nutritionist....And, suprisingly when u tell them that you are facing hair loss problems etc after following their diets they very smartly attribute it to the weather...How convenient!!!...A person who has not lost any hair when he/she was nt on her diet but looses hair while on the diet programme is not definitely not facing this due to weather changes...Beware of such dieticians...They are so commercial and are least bothered about your health...At the end of the day, u will be a depressed person visiting doctors and trying to get rid of the remaining problem,s though u must have lost your weight but unfortunately also loose your sanity.Read More

@ravikirran...Ofcourse we are not expecting everything to happen on fingertips but we atleast expect those Accenture Recruitment people to inform us whats going on......Here i wanted to point out how disorganized those folks are!!!....There could be a systematic process which could be followed and t...his process does happen in other big IT companies, wherein they inform you are recruited or not in a week or so......Dunno whether you will be suprised to know or not, till now they have kept our profiles on hold frm the past 4-5 months and not even bother to inform us...Hope you read carefully 4-5 MONTHS not 4-5 WEEKS.....so you can imagine how frustrating this wait can be.......Clear communication needs to happen......Hope you get my point !!!!Read More

This had to happen. I had herd that Satyam was a v good company who was bothered about employee satisfication. Bad luck it got associated with a hell company :-TechMahindra.

Guys,
In continuation with the above review, I cleared the Telephonic Technical Round and was called for client round after a Month. Such is their management. The most funny part after i gave the client interview on 29th May 2013 the Accenture people tell me that they are still waiting for the feed...back from the client. Does it take more than a month to get the feedback? GR888....These people have not ethics....Dunno what are they upto.....will think 1000 times before giving interview again at Accenture.Read More

This review gives a total opposite picture of TechMahindra. TechMahindra is becoming worse day by day. Beware of this company. Its suicidal to work in this company.

@pkm1...I was stuck as i took up the Masters course which was a collabrative programme of TechMahindra with BITS Pilani...If i would have quit could not continue from outside. TechMahindra is the most shitiest company. They know very well how to exploit employees who have joined as freshers. There is no value for employess. Freshers are treated as slaves and given peanut salary. The upper management misbehave and talk rudely to people who dont have much experience.The wor...st part TechM is so proud of itself :-/. Just cannot tolerate this organization. I would not suggest this company to anyone. The appraisal period are a nightmare. They ask you to write essay about your work and later insult you on how you have not done certain things. And to get the increment expect a delay of about 6-8 months. They very well know the market is down so they have introduced stringent policies such as 9.5 hours of working in peanut salary, weekend allowance of 200 rs from past 30 yrs etc etc to add to the frustration. They are least bothered about employee satisfication. Beware of this company.Read More
