Poor cutomer service

I have better experience with Templeton AMC about the service they are as good or as bad as any other AMC(private sector off course) I feel Prasenjit is unduely harsh on them.

I agree with the reviewer that The Philosopher's stone is one of the most facinating book I have ever read and I feel that Rowling is just beginning and much more is expected.
