The Echo of Soul .....

Posted on Aug 27, 2008 under General

"We are all human beings and to be successful in life we need to be practical"
I remember so many times I found myself convincing the same and try to forget the things and move ahead.

As a normal human being many of the times we take decisions or do something when somewhere within the heart or soul says no its not right. the innerconcious doesn't agree.
some of the time we say sorry and feel better.......... some of the time we don't. we just pass the bug saying common its life we need to be a .............

I don't know how many of u are agree with me .. before finishing I would like to say something in my poem .... hope someone somewhere will be feeling the same too ....

koi awaaz to de pukaar le mujhko
ke mein pehchaan sakoon ekbaar khudko
kyon apni hi parchaayee se ab lagta hai dar
kaheen koi lauta na de mera jameer mujhko

Thanx to the Art of Spamming ......

Posted on Aug 26, 2008 under General

Hi friends today is the happiest day of my life as a writer I want to share it with you.
From last 2-3 months I m here on MS and dare to inspire to write some poetic scribblings in my diaries ....
some of my dear MS friends likes it too much and appreciated me to write more. I tried and dare to write more n more ..... ( I take all those positive criticism seriously)
Initially I was thinking about my poems that people in MS are being goody goody with me and as they are in habit of appreciating everybody so it may be like that ....

just for your kind reference whatever I post under "my poems" are my own creation and first time published on internet.
but today I came across a wonderful thing and saw a new member copying one of my poems and pasting it and published it as a new diary ....
At first I was confused how to react .... but when I sincerely think ... I came to a conclusion that somebody might have picked it up to copy thinking that, its a good creation and worth spamming and publish it again .... that means he indirectly given me credit that he was impressed by my writing .... wow I m so impressed too ....

Thanx to the art of spamming that it allows someone to copy the things and paste it somewhere else because somewhere in the heart he(the spammer) believes, it is worth to copy.. ...
wow celebration time ....do my writings worth spamming .... really ????

see my post

I sincerely thank today the art of spamming ..

Managers & Managers everywhere

Posted on Aug 24, 2008 under Fun & Jokes

Well Every organisations have Managers on different levels .... just read this list and categories the people around you .....

1) MANAGING BY WALKING FASTER THEN THE EMPLOYEES
These kind of managers you will always see in the corridor, ten steps away. "We'll have to talk" you can hear them say, just as they have disappeared around the corner.

2) MANAGING BY STARING OUT OF THE WINDOW
These managers you usually meet with their backside faced to you with their hands in their pockets. When you talk to them, their thoughts keep staring out
of the windows.

3) MANAGING BY POST-IT'S
Some managers forget everything. They want to impress you with their 'busy'ness by continuously writing on Post-it's while you are talking.

4) MANAGING BY DELEGATION TO THE SECRETARY
These managers just delegate everything to the secretary. If He is good, He knows what she must do.

5) MANAGING BY KNOWING NOTHING
These managers don't really know anything at all. They let YOU give answers. Meanwhile they fill the time with nice anecdotes of irrelevant cases.

6) MANAGING BY CONCEPTUAL THINKING
These people try to explain the present from a theoretical view of the far future. The idea that this never will work, completely satisfies them: They will always have something to talk about.

7) MANAGING BY HIDING INFORMATION
Information hiders are aware of the market value of strictly secret kept information. You must be very thankful to get any information at all. Beware of simulants from category 5!

8) MANAGING BY DOING EXACTLY WHAT THE BOSS SAYS
These managers prevent their bosses from creative thinking. Else they got more work to do.

9) MANAGING BY WALKING ONE FOOT BEHIND THE BOSS
In hierarchical organizations you can watch those groups walking in the corridor. The more equal managers are directly followed by the lesser equal managers, and so on.

10) MANAGING BY SMILING AND WEARING NICE SUITS
If you drink beer with them, lunch with them, smile to them and also wear nice suits, nothing can stop your career anymore.

11) MANAGING BY STUDYING
Despite their continual attendances of all kind of studies and congresses, they still belong to category 5. The longer they learn, the further they get from
the practice.

12) MANAGING BY CREATING VAGUE OVERHEAD SHEETS
Do you know them? Those sheets with some big arrows, boxes or circles? These sheets provide the ultimate proof of their overall brilliance.

13) MANAGING BY OPEN DOOR AND EMPTY ROOM
This is a major improvement of the older 'OPEN DOOR' management style. Now you can really walk in and out anytime you want. Nobody ever knows where these managers are.

14) MANAGING BY SPEAKING WITH OTHER MANAGERS
This kind of managing is very popular. It will give them within a few hours the same information as an employee can tell them in 15 minutes.

15) MANAGING BY HAVING A NON SUPPORTING INFRASTRUCTURE
In an organization with a hopeless infrastructure, managers are really necessary. These managers will naturally prevent the organization from having a better infrastructure.

16) BUA MANAGEMENT ( BY USING ABBREVIATIONS )
This management style is ATRASACWOC. ( Adopted To Reach A Shorter And Clearer Way Of Communication )

17) MANAGING BY USING BUZZ WORDS
These managers like to bluff your head off with hip, nearly undefined, terms.

18) MANAGING BY REORGANIZATION
If they think there is nothing more to organize, they reorganize.

19) MANAGING BY BELIEVING
These managers must be spiritual educated, because they have no clues at all.

20) MANAGING BY FORGETTING PROMISES
If you remind them to one of their promisses, the priority of that promise is to low to remember.

In my Pont of view the best is Combination of all ... ha ha ha

what do u say .....

So tell me the Moral of the story ....

Posted on Aug 24, 2008 under Management Fundaa's

A nice story I came acroos while reading and now sharing for u friends ...
I recommend you to give me the moral of the story ...

Since I m feeling there is no much activity today on MS I m intitiating this ......
so read it and comment whatever comes in ur mind ...

The story when a Bolloonist meets with an Engineer....

Realizing he was lost, a balloonist dropped down to ask directions.

“Excuse me, but I’m a little off course” he shouted. “I promised to meet a friend an hour ago, I don’t know where I am.”

A woman hollered back: “You’re in a hot air balloon hovering approximately 30 feet above the ground. You’re at exactly 40 degrees, 22 minutes, and 21 seconds North latitude and 70 degrees, 30 minutes, and 33 seconds West longitude.”

“Amazing,” the balloonist replied. “You must be an engineer!”
“I am,” she replied, “How did you know?”

“Well,” answered the balloonist, “everything you told me is technically correct, but I can’t use your information. I’m still lost and you haven’t been much help at all. If anything, you’ve delayed my trip.”

The woman thought for a moment, then replied: “You must be in management.” “I am,” replied the balloonist, “but how did you know?”

“Well,” said the woman, “you don’t know where you are or where you’re going. You’ve risen to your position due to a large quantity of hot air. You made a promise that you have no idea how to keep, and you expect people beneath you to solve your problems.”

“In fact,” she said, “you’re in exactly the same position you were before we met, but somehow it’s now my fault.”

Can Any one Guess the moral of the story ..... ???

Funny answer would be appreciable .. .....

Aisa Kyon hai ...........

Posted on Aug 23, 2008 under My poems

yun to har chaurahee par hain
jagmagaate hue lattoo
mere dil me ab bhi andhera sa kyon hai
kashti ko kinaare par lagataa hoon har baar
saahil ojhal sa ho jataa kyon hai
ek baar phir se wohi roshni
insaan ko de de maalik
ke yeh har baar bahek jataa kyon hai
tune to roshan kiya
har dil ko apna noor
phir bhi insaniyat gumshuda si kyon hai .........

Say hi to your self

Posted on Aug 21, 2008 under Say to yourself series...

There is a beautiful Sea in Israel known as the largest freshwater lake, named as the sea of Galilee. It is living and well. Trees grow along its banks; fishermen ply their trade, and their efforts feed the people children run and play on the shores; and people nearby, in general, thrive and are happy.

There is an another sea in Israel called as the Salk lake or the Dead Sea.There is no life there. The water is the saltiest of any sea in the world. You will find no children freely at play in its waters, and no fishermen set up trade on its shores, for there are no fish or other living creatures in those unlivable waters.

You will be surprised to know that there are no many miles of distance is there between the two .. as u can see in the pic.

One more interesting thing is both, the Sea of Galilee and the Dead Sea are fed by the same Jordan River.

The difference is that for every drop of water the Sea of Galilee accepts, it passes on a drop of water to other parts of the land. On the other hand, the Dead Sea has no outlets and hordes every drop of water that comes its way.

It is the mother natures best way to teach us the fact that in order to continue to thrive, you must be giving out some of what you take in.

"As ye sow, so also shall ye reap."

just Say hi to your self and ........ ???

Tamanna dil se ........

Posted on Aug 21, 2008 under My poems

paunch loon har aankh ka asson
kisi kandhe ko sahaara de sakoon
Meri bandagi mein itna asar de mere maula
Kisi
muskurahat ka sabab ban sakoon

girna padna phir uth ke chalna
jindagi ke rang hai sabhee

meri batoon mein itna asar de mere maula
kisi
jigar ka hosla ban sakoon
