@ Vinod197322, although it would be best to check with the bank, in case the bank has already approved the project, the bank is usually not strict about the same as it is in construction phase; but still it depends upon bank to bank. In case of MNC banks, 20% payment might be mandatory which they wo...uld offer you by way of personal loan (which is higher than the home loan rate obviously). Thank you.Read More

Ajmera group sales persons like to squeeze the buyer completely of all his money such that they find it difficult even furnish the apartment that they just purchased.

Ajmera group (Ajmera Infinity, Ajmera Stone Park, Ajmera Avenue) is a company completely focused on business and maximizing profits. The employees also are given high sales targets and high rates/prices to sell at. Their remuneration is also commission based, so the more they earn the higher their c...ommission margin. So they dont spare the buyer at least when it comes to squeezing him completely for money.Read More

This seems to be a fake review by the management / employees. Radiant construction is very low quality nowdays.

Always avoid using foreign held companies in any financial transaction. ICICI and HDFC are now held by foreign institutions, they always suck the customer dry.

Ittina Mahavir project launched in 2004 is not complete till date (2015). The owners hard earned money is now at stake.

Thank you for you review. Many similar problems are being faced in Ittina Mahavir Apartment in Electronic City. The project launched before 2004 is still not completed construction in 2015. and the owners are unable to sell the property as nobody wants to buy there.
