I have purchased Aquaguard geneus from your sales pe...rson, from Sunil Pall.
The follow up from your sales person is tremendous, he has been in touch on regular basis and some times calling four to five times in a day , for almost a month and made sure that we purchased the machine.
He has explained the equipment and benefits in great detail, the clincher being his confirmation that the water coming out from the geneous is suitable for cleaning vegetables and fruits as well.
The machine was delivered with customer Id : 1011810241& invoice number 71396 on 24th Feb, afternoon session. And we had a few queries based on the delivery challan .
We tried to reach your sales person, on his mobile , on receipt of the machine , first he has feigned ignorance and subsequently mentioned that he will callback some time,shortly. However he has not reverted till now.Further there is no clarity on who would do the installation of the water purifier and when.
My queries are as as under
1. The check is given in the name of Eureka forbes for Rs.22,490, where as the invoice is for value 21,990
2. Please confirm , if the geneous water purifier, generates water suitable for cleaning vegetables and fruits ( This is critical )
3.Help us with procedure details for generating water suitable for cleaning vegetables and fruitsLikely date of installation of the machine
4. He has mentioned that after first year installation, once AMC is taken, Valued at Rs.4000/-, complete responsibility of replacement of filters and other consumables will be taken care by Eureka forbes
5. Likely date of installation of the machine.

I am very disappointed with AQUAGUARD Sales team
The sales person of AQUAGUARD are well trained and seemed to be very professional
In fact I remember he showing free thirty days money back guarantee, mentioning the company is more than 30 year old etc. When asked why i should buy aqua sure with... same specs at a lower price from retailers such as Reliance trends, vijay sales, bigbazaar etc. He has mentioned that AQUA SURE is a substandard equipment, being supplied to stay in competition and ensure maintaining the market share with other vendors and best product of AQUA GUARD are sold by their door to door selling team and enumerated the benefits as an angel , who came to solve all the water related problems .Hence charging higher price on geneus for its great features. Got convinced and purchased AQUAGUARG Geneus
Subsequently their service engineer has visited and installed the machine, when asked about machine demo of machine , operation and how to generate water required for cleaning vegetables and fruits he has mentioned that is the job of sales manager, who will come and explain the same, We have given service report accordingly and were waiting for the AQUAGUARD Water doctor to come and explain the details. No one bothered to call up.
l have sent to AQUA Guard team on 25th Feb, after purchase of Geneous Purifier. There is no response till date.
I have again spoken to their sales manager regarding the demo of how to generate the water for cleaning fruits and vegetables, on 1st March, requesting him for demo on 1st March 15. I have asked him very politely, we purchased because of his committed follow up, his cryptic response is it is ok, and promised to come on monday 2nd March,15 to show the demo.
No response till date.
Now I am feeling cheated by Aquaguard.
I hope you will take up with concerned people of AQUAGUARD and help resolve the issue. Deeply appreciate your support
