Commented on spiral's review

Raul2000, we must commend Spiral for admitting that there is a problem in the system. He may not accept that this is a pyramid but at least he is honest enough to accept that there are problems which means he is not a rogue who sets out with the intention to deceive. The real rogues are the ones in ...HK who designed the scheme, people like Spiral are being used as part of their scheme. Spiral, I agree with what you say in this review. The problem with these schemes is not that nobody makes money: some people do. Unfortunately the structure of the scheme is such that the great majority of people will lose. Unless ever more people keep joining the buck stops somewhere and it is impossible to expect ever more people to keep joining. It is about 4 years since you wrote this review so the subsequent experience should prove this observation to be true. Best wishes, Python Read More

Yet another 'review' - in reality nothing more than an advertisement for Gold Quest. The experience of the hundreds of thousands who have been defrauded all over the world by this pyramid scheme should serve as a warning to others who may be tempted by this.

don't waste any more money buying those useless products, they are worth only a fraction of the prices quoted by GQ. If you try to buy the balance you are simply throwing good money after bad. Far better to treat this as a lesson in life and forget about it. However you can spread the word about ...these and other pyramid scams so other people don't get caught. You can also make appropriate complaints to the police and other authorities so that the ring leaders are caught. Read More

Goldquest_is-scam: to be precise, what you describe as www.citylimouzines.com. is a Ponzi scam, not a pyramid scam. Both are scams that only make money for their owners (rogues) but there is some difference in the way they operate. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ponzi_scheme also look this up... as well: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pyramid_scheme Read More

Not only have they changed the nam eto Questnet, now they have changed it once again to Qatana. The moment, too much heat piles up the change the name to disguise their past and then go onto scam a new set of people. Before GoldQuest it was known as Gold Unlimted.

Qatana/Quetsnet/Goldquest is a pyramid scam or fraud. Look at the personal experiences of many members listed under Mouthshut reviews under the name Questnet. Read about the experience of Leader Victim who has posted a recent review under this topic as well. If you wish to defraud your friends... and relatives and thus lose them all, then go ahead.Read More

Good write up, thank you for sharing your experience. You also have had the courage to admit your mistake which means you are a lot better than those that simply hide or play the game by encouragingthe victims to blame themselves. A terribel experience no doubt, but at least we can hope that s...ome others may learn from this.Read More

If you read the comments under my review I have dealt with these arguments. In brief Qatana /Golduest has no relationship with the Pope, FIFA, Princess Diana or anyone else. They may claim to do so but a little verification proves these claims to be false. Unfortunately only a few are willing to tak...e the trouble to verify anything. Ask your Qatana/Goldquset members to provide you with the following for each any every relationship they claim: 1. Contact person in the organisation (eg FIFA, the vatican) who can verify the relationship 2. Telephone, fax and email address of the contact person. 3. Description of the nature of the relationship (eg Agent, sole agent, distributor, authorised representative etc) The results of some my previous investigations are posted amongst the comments to my review. Yet another meaningless 'review' by people trying to promote the Qatana scam/fraud. Just ask yourself - where did this money come from? From the downline. And how are the downliners faring? Hav ethey earned money? What has happened is a transfer from the downline to yourself. Congratulations for suc...cessfully robbing your friends and associates, doubtless they will thank you for it for years to come. Read More

Coincidentally, I rode into office in a trishaw today. The driver is a fellow who operates close to home. During the height of the scam in Colombo - in 2003/4 he mentioned to me that he had joined the scheme and I advised him to complain and try and get his momey back. He did not want to complain si...nce it was a friend that had brought him in. He just asked me what had happened to the scheme. I tiold him that they were continuing to cheat innocent people of their money in various places, the latest being Afghanistan. He paid some 50,000 rupees for a gold coin. He never got his gold piece. This was in the early days of the fraud when they offered 'part payment' pay half the money, recruit the new members and then get the gold piece. He could not recruit, he lost his money, did not get aything, even the gold piece that he paid part of the money for. No communication from the so called 'reputed company' , no refund, no product. The driver is a sadder but wiser man today. Just thought I would share this experinece with others, so that they may learn from the mistakes of others.Read More

This would count as an illegal scheme in the US. If in doubt you can always write to the US FTC to clarify anything. To file a complaint or to get free information on consumer issues, visit www.ftc.gov or call toll-free, 1-877-FTC-HELP (1-877-382-4357); TTY: 1-866-653-4261. The FTC enters Intern...et, telemarketing, identity theft and other fraud-related complaints into Consumer Sentinel, a secure, online database available to hundreds of civil and criminal law enforcement agencies in the U.S. and abroad. Or follow this link, email and other contact details are at the bottom http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/conline /features/mlm.htm Read More

Rpella, ANalyser-Ind ok Rpella, Analyser-ind, let me admit my mistake and tender my apologies for referring to you as a fools. For numismatics, please refer to the comments above by rattlesnake which examines the numismatics aspects of the product. I have looked at the case of the FIFA coins ...- see my comments towards the start of the list of the comments. My case is that Qatana is a pyrmaid scheme. What I would suggest is: 1. Examine the structure of pyramid schemes 2. Compare them with Qatana then ask the questions: does it share the same weaknesses? THere is a great deal of infomation on the web regarding the MLM model, pyramid schemes and their flaws. Have a look at these: http://www.quatloos.com/mlm/mlm.htm http://www.pyramidschemealert.org/ Second look at the products themselves and try and examine their value. This may be easier with some products rather than others. Since you seem to have bought gold pieces have a look at the adviec given by the American Numismatic Association: http://www.centercoin.com/coin_information/consumer_alert_investing_in_rare.htm Why not take the product catalogu eto your local coin collecting club and ask them fro their opinion?Read More

'No one really wants the products??? How can you say this? How many watches are sold out? Your statement is pure assumption. ' There is no assumption here. I have just gone through three powerpoint presentations of Qatana/ GoldQuest. 1. The entire presentation is about'business opportunity' ...and 'time'. Don't waste time, get into this lovely 'business opportunity'. Nothing about the product. 2. What you bought was not a product that you wanted but a license to try to make money. You dont need to hold seminars to sell products do you? All you are trying to do is recruit people into a chain letter scam.Read More
