This is written by Shrikanth Naik, his mouthshut ID also indicates he is showing his desperateness not to be kicked out by top management, b’cos he is doing some insignificant works and hanging on to the company. (170 is his employee ID). First of all your review assumes QuEST is getting work a...nd the ’news’ is not confirmed from Airbus officially. More over the reviews were not about ability to get job/work from MNCs abroad, it was apart from that like HR, transparency & top management, if you don’t know english better go to school. I’ll show you even a 10 x 10 office is also doing jobs for Airbus in B’luru, QuEST getting contract is nothing great, QuEST getting the contract doesn’t mean QuEST can do it successfully FYI. The ECO office has many on bench several months, some media reports are being artificially created by QuEST to hold the employees on bench, hoping to get AIRBUS project. The profile of employees strength in aerospace was jacked up by QuEST in a bid to get AIRBUS work. The real challenge is to execute the work with just fake resumes shown to AIRBUS. CADES is aerospace since it’s inception, QuEST is more of Oil, Power & Gas. QuESTs inherent strength is nothing in aerospace works ...it will be proved when AIRBUS hands over the work to QuEST ( as per your speculation) . QuEST didn’t do that great with Rolls Royce, TCS is clinching deals at faster rate even though it is new to Rolls Royce, that’s b’cos TCS has right mixture of people. Getting work is fine as Airbus itself is interested to give it to hungry suppliers, God knows what this hungry means in long run, b’cos delivering with right people is more important than getting contract. I got nothing against employees of QuEST, best of luck to them. Read More

Ajit atleast does some thing atleast like robbing, Ajay is a waste & liability. He's just hanging to company and building his clout who are all lazy...according to me 1. Whole HR should be hauled up, Sonia should be made maid at pantry. 2. Ajay should be sent home he's good at eating & sleeping.... 3. Natarajan Iyer should be sent to jail by conducting investigation (he might have done n no. of under hand dealings). 4. Some long serving employees are usleless & they must be made to get out. 5. New people into HR is a must. 6. Higher compensation is a must. 7. TRANSPARENCY is a must, Ajit & Aravind should stop lying, 13 years of lying is too much Ajit can have robbing ideas, no problem he's good at it, he has cheated many small consultancy firms who supplied manpower when quest powered it's growth in early 2000.Read More

Why this sudden trend of going to swamiji and seek blessing for better? Why are we doing this inspite of good salary and good standard of living? Why 90% patronage from IT / Techies? The answer to these question is simple, these techies are getting more salaries than what they are worth...Read more

Engineering services industry has matured very well over years, job seekers should look out for jobs in bigger companies and OEMs who have better 'people' policies than Quest. HR head's brain is made up of cow dung, HR head believes all employees are idiots.

Some of the articles that came in Bangalore dailies which talks great about quest are paid ones, Quest has paid close to Rs.25 lacs for one article in Times of India just before the Air-Show. The 'awards' are given for sponsoring some events for Deloitte. Small aspiring companies do this as PR ...excercise to improve brand name in public domain & to attract good talent.Read More

Media is completely biased towards Bajaj, don't know why ? HH is market leader since 2001, yet all media puts HH in negative and Bajaj in positive. There are media reports like Bajaj records 3,00,000 discover sales in 6 months, whereas HH would have sold three times than that numbers of Splendor. ...For every small development there is big interview in TV channels from Bajaj, whereas HH is not interviewed at all. When media itself is biased like this towards one company, there is some largescale vested interest in promoting one brand. P220 is dubbed as fastest Indian but ride one year old K'Zma n P220, you'll find the difference, P220 is the slowest 220 machine in the world, K'Zma pick-up is simply unbeatable, today tommorrow and even years after.Read More

This review is written by any one of the guys.. Sharathkumar Variyar, KRT Babu, Sunil Deshpande, Admin Reddy Joker Natarajan, Nirmala Pussty Shreedhar Reddy , Rajeev Nair Somnath Kundu or Palaniappan, who are stuck in dark hole of Ajit’s tunnel for last one decade, they can’t get job outside and are... incompetent, only way to survive is obviously use chamchagiri and bucket giri !!! Talking about Ajit, yes he’s smart Fcuker, having lavish bunglows in atleast 6 countries, he’s the only CEO in present generation to have 4 kids (all girls), even a villager knows what is family planning, this chap has no idea about it. His brother is Mr.Ajay Prabhu, son of a bich, fit for nothing, fit to pissss on trees. Ajit, being a young chap believes in astrology and even says he’s CEO b’cos he’s born b/w two stars, that too in an interview !! The company is more of hype than substance it was good upto 2006, after that the quality of work, attitute of management has come down drastically, lot of good people have left the company b'cos QuEST found them 'costly' to keep them. The kind of brand image it has in public domain is not present in the company. Read More

The recently launched Bajaj Pulsar 135 LS has been doing wonders in sales figures in India. A while earlier, a slightly modified version of the Pulsar 135 LS was launched in Indonesia by Bajaj Auto. The bike was launched in Indonesia in the month of April. However, as the sales rise in India, the Pu...lsars in Indonesia suffered a problem. The Indian firm in Indonesia was forced to recall the Pulsar 135 LS owing to a faulty electrical circuit. Free repair and replacements will be provided by Bajaj Auto from next month onwards. My friend's Pulsar has so many issues,... 1. Low battery indicator. 2. Unbearable noise from the front headlight dome. 3. Noise and vibrations from engine. 4. Fuel flow problem. Even you have enough fuel, the bike will stop in between. 5. Front suspension is too worst, Instead of supportin...g the up and downs, it will add up shakes in the bike. 6. Gear box will stuck and the gears will automatically skip and sometimes stucks. 7. Starting problems every morning. Read More

Your points 1,2 and 4 are true !! 1. For some silly reason, this complaint quite prevalent in many bikes, but not all bikes. 2. Smoothness is quite less if you compare earlier models 4. After sales is quite 'Hitler' type, but depends on area, town, etc etc Gearbox is quite good no com...plaints, but dude there are engine complaints/mileage complaints.Read More

As a new bike owner you have right to get it rectified free of cost by HH. You can write a complaint to HH head office, (you are in Delhi) call toll free number and lodge a complaint (HH responded to me well when I had some minor niggles with my bike). Good Luck !

Caliber was Kawasaki's not Bajaj !! Sell Caliber today it will sell like hot cake, provided it's from Kawasaki. Bajaj copied Caliber and failed badly. Bajaj bikes cannot last longer like Hero Honda/HMSI/Suzuki.

WIPRO wanted him to go on 15 days notice period !!! No retrenchment benefits was given.Read More
