Hi nehamsindia, Me too was using videocon washing machine since 1990 I guess and that was too good. It served me more than a decade. That time videocon was a japanese tie up. Now since it is longer that, its products and service both are much below standard. So, as I am/will never think of buy...ing any videocon product ( only if it is the most last option ) becoz they substandard make and super bad service from videocon. Please dont compare videocon (japanese) long past time to the present one.Read More
