Some updates from Geet Gata Hoon Main category - We have had 17 visitors - with their nominations. [Dev, am not sure if yours is a song or just a statement. Request you to m2m and clarify or you can leave your comment under this post]

Mela Chef Category - I am diappointed to only 11 on MS try a hands-on in kitchen?? [let me tell you I learnt some tricks of cooking liking killing chicken etc here on Mela].. As of now we have had 12 participants - with their nominations. [many have not shared the recipe, so the difference in number of participants & that of visitor. Remember this category demands you to share the recipe too]

Click-click category - 03 clicker on MS? [Am planning to participate too :D] I shall upload the final set of photos on Monday [11-Aug-08] so that you can start rating your favourite ones ...

I jutt lobe it category - Who said 13 is unlucky? I get to see 13 participants - with their nominations here as of now

Chalo chalein category - 13 participant gave challenge to each other with their nominations - sharing the name of the place and reason ;).

I, the Mela organizer could not be present in Mela in person during the weekend due to health reasons but trust me folks, I was getting updates time to time.

Oh well, I had received few queries on how the MSians were selected [as few 'Typical Expected' are missing] for Ribbon Cutting [RC]. Being the organizer - I wanted 'aam MSians' to be seen :) I have parked the celebrtities for the evaluation activities.

Here come some updates from Mela, also a reminder to those who are yet to visit 'Rain Mela' ... Meanwhile request all to visit the Rules once again

Geet Gata Hoon Main category - Ganaa and it is someone else than MS gayak?? We had Bhupesh doing the honor of RC for this category. As of now we have had 12 participants - with their nominations. [Dev, am not sure if yours is a song or just a statement]

Mela Chef Category - We had Madhu-ji doing the honor for this category [who else could be than a mother to inaugurate when it comes preparing yummy food]. As of now we have had 10 participants - with their nominations. [many have not shared the recipe though. Remember this category demands you to share the recipe too]

Click-click category - We had Barnali doing the RC for this category. As of now we have only 02 participants [yes, just 2 participants] ... So rush & nominate your photos and send me an M2M with subject 'Rain Mela' and mention the title of those photos you want to nominate. No camera / no rain - bahanas not accepted.

I jutt lobe it category - The shine goes when it gets wet - still she she made it for the RC, yes I am talking about Silk[y] :) As of now we have had 10 participants - with their nominations. Some real innovative answers are been posted, have a look ;)

Chalo chalein category - We noticed Umesh doing the RC with an appealing speech :D As of now we have had 09 participants - with their nominations.

Khooshi Khooshi category - We had our favorite Kabootarr doing the honor for this category. As of now we have had 11 participants - with their nominations. Some even with comments like 'they don't like rain at all' ...

Dhatt tare ki category - I had selected jovial Akash doing the honor for this category [actually was checking how he handles this particular situation :)]. As of now we have had 11 participants - with their nominations.

As of now we see good number of nominatios for all categories except the 'click click one' ... So, just pick your mobile / camera - click click ... transfer the photos and upload ...

Get up in the morning – see the gloomy sky … But can’t miss office cos that important report to be sent by EOD, today … Taking 2 wheeler is just out of question. Car and need to cross that road where they said there is knee level water? Autowalas are all $*^($&@!#$%^&

Any guesses on whom we are going to see first here? She was missing son MS ometime back and people guessed things like she consuming poison with popcorn [which she shopped from MS Mall] … Someone came and claimed to even clicked her when she was away … We got to hear she stealing bhel from kitchen too … But she came back and shared the real story with us… Once she wanted to sell her MouthShut ….. Now am sure – I don’t need to give any more hint … Yes, she is our ‘Kabootarrr’ [doveye]

Continuous rain & things are gloomy … Don’t we get the feel of - ‘I need fresh air’ … We start looking for freshness around and what could be better way to get it than to pack your bag & just leave for a small trip?

Out mood swings too with season … But certain instincts like clicking camera is something which remains unchanged almost throughout the season … When it is raining outside – is not it like most of the time we slowly take the camera out and try capturing the beauty of rain?

When it is raining outside, difficult to go out and at time it is tough to sit idle at home too without giving much task to satisfy our tase-bud :)

Right guess … we are onto Mela Chef Category… Tell us what do you feel like eating when it’s raining out and share your recipe. Now, the urge could vary depending on what type of rain [like drizzling, pouring heavily, continuous rain for days etc]. But - cloudy & gloomy weather will not be considered here. Two food item with recipe by each participant - for each type of rain ..
