Hi Bharathim, How do you come to know that they have opened the box and have used the mobile? My friend had bought Samsung Galaxy Grand from Poorvika mobile store. The salesperson opened the box seal in front of us. We checked it properly and doesn't feel in any way that it has been used. And talki...ng about the price, we bought it for a fair price.Read More
