Same happened with me, in entire stay doctor was only in Operation theatre and bill which was prmised 40-50k was added to 2.5 lakh for a no cut endoscopy based procedure which is called RIRS.

When I called them and asked about invalidity then they said that due to their operational problems this was not shared to me in timely manner and now it has been expired.
