Moreover all the items which are good quality are taken away by the people who have a kind of dealing with the store manager as soon as the stock comes, probably the store manager will only inform these people who purchase the entire stock. You happen to be a lucky person, after having my car insured with a private insurance company, this time(4th year) I have insured with United India insurance and bad luck my car met with accident and added to that this insurance company is still showing me hell to settle the claim, I have decided no...t to go for it again, even if private insurance costs more atleast I would be spared from all these run arounds. With private insurance company I got 2 claims settled in 3 years and for each claim I made only 2 visits once for giving the car and once for taking the delivery after the work done and only one phone call to insurance company. But with United india insurance company its over 10 visits to their office still no results.Read More

With which company have you insured your car and before initiating any further talks either with dealer/ford/insurance company, I advice you to carefully read their terms and conditions regarding warranty cover/insurance cover and proceed further. The suspension is really very bad, I had been to their workshop couple of times but they still say they have found no problem. Moreover one time they have just decreased the tyre pressure and said that the problem is rectified. I even wrote to Dr.Kumar couple of months back but still no reply....Read More
