Horrible IRCTC Rail Tour Packages

Guys, I would like to tell all that after a fight of 6 months, IRCTC has returned my package money. They did not pay me any compensation OR the money spent on food whole going OR my flight expenses that I had to take after aborting the tour in between. Anyway, the lesson is learned and I stick to... my advice to avoid IRCTC packages. No body from my office is going to take IRCTC services for tours. Ya Indian railways IRCTC concept is nice and online booking is very good. However they need to work on the traffic load balancing. The site often times out or won't load at all.
