I have gone through a similar harrowing experience too. This is the second time I have faced a similar situation where they would not cancel the datacard plan and keep on sending the post paid bills months after months and one day they will slap you with court notice and ultimately you have to pay t...he money without your fault. But the second time when I had this issue I thought of searching the net to see if anyone is facing the same issue. I was amazed to see that quite a lot number of people are facing similar issue and some good samaritan had dropped this email id (RCOMAppellateAuthority.Karnataka@relianceada.com) to pursue the case with higher authority. There would be different emails ids for all the region. Once I lodged not one but 4 cases continuously with this email id ( as these pathetic reliance people would not even solve the issue in stipulated periods) the Reliance guys atleast stopped calling me twice a day and the outlet guy even asked me to come to store and get the issue resolved. He said the connection had been due for termination but due to some verification issue it could not be done that's why I was getting the calls. As if it was hard to look through them being trying to oversmart. Anyway I am not getting the calls atleast and the connection has been terminated . But I would suggest stay away from Such cheaters like Reliance who trap innocent customers to pay the bills just because Reliance would knowingly delay the termination process.Read More
