Shaleen_326 : i am also currently working with Genpact ,Security is Zero percent,Being a female employee i can feel that.
They are not at all concerned about security of there employees.

I agree with this situation..I am currently working with Genpact and it has been more than 2.5 yrs.
Nothing has changed,they put a lot of work pressure on the name of attrition and hire new people at very low salary package,which make them leave the company as soon as they get any new and better op...portunity.
Dirty politics is there,you have to go through mental pressure ,incriment is fixed in Genpact which is a good thing.
I am fed up with this company now.
Worst Transport ,Minimum female employees security.

One side cab is also not free of cost.They deduct Rs750 from salary for one side cab and 1500 for both sides.
Nothing is free in Genpact ,not even a cup of tea.
You have to get everything by yourself no free meals ,no free cabs.
Thank God Water is free !!
