@PK001 & h12008 => Boss there was a project from Mincom and the whole team was just fired without proper relieving. Hiring and firing is very common @ VL. If you indispensable meaning if you in the good books of the higher management then your job is safe - irrespective you perform or not. That i...s the culture @ ValueLabs. Pls remember there are bad books too @ValueLabs where once you are registered then you will be under lense. In the other words - you have to start counting your days in spite of working hard for years in that waste company.Read More
