Thank you very much for your response to Shaana's comments on smaller pest control companies doing a good job. I agree with you, there are many small companies out there that do the right thing and in fact, we share a special association and friendship with them - not only are we comrades in the Indian Pest Control Association (IPCA) but also business associates for various pest control products that we supply to them.

I would like to draw your attention to your comments "Before Express moved in, this job was done by PCI. But my bosses were never happy wit them, rite from the effectiveness of the treatment to even being accomondative to the customer."

At PCI, we pride ourselves on our professionalism and service quality. We are genuinely concerned when we hear our customers are not satisfied with us - we try and address these issues as soon as possible so that we are able to learn from such lapses and provide even better services to our customers.

In this case, could you please tell us what exactly happened and according to you, where PCI failed to live up to your bosses' expectations? This would go a long way in helping us improve. We would appreciate your feedback.
